| ISM1

Isthmin 1 (ISM1) is an adhesion antiangiogenic molecule found in skin, muscosal tissues and immuneregulatory cells.ISM-1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer by regulating cell proliferation, migration, angiogenesis, and immune microenvironments. Moreover, ISM-1, as a newly identified insulin-like adipokine, increases adipocyte glucose uptake and inhibits hepatic lipid synthesis.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human ISM1 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
